Manchester Man Accused Of Stalking Young Women At Mall: Salem Cop Log

Plus: OD, contempt arrest at the Red Roof Inn; Methuen man arrested on burglary, other charges; 4 from Lawrence arrested on various charges.

SALEM, NH — Cailin Saige Ziernicki, 28, of Townhouse Road in Manchester was arrested at 7:35 p.m. on July 30, 2024, on three possession of controlled drug charges. She was arrested by Manchester police on a Salem warrant and released on personal recognizance.

Patrick Francis Grant, 34, of Blue Ridge Road in North Andover, Massachusetts, was arrested at 6:04 p.m. on July 30 on contempt and resisting arrest or detention charges. He was arrested after police were sent to the Red Roof Inn on Red Roof Lane for a well-being check of a man, who was not a guest at the motel, reportedly overdosing outside of the office, according to a report. Salem fire and rescue teams were requested and Grant was taken to the Parkland Medical Center in Derry.

Carlos R. Ramos, 55, of Custer Street in Lawrence, MA, was arrested at 5:38 p.m. on July 30 on contempt, driving after revocation or suspension, and disobeying an officer charges. He was arrested on a warrant and taken to the Rockingham County Jail.

Tung Dinh Nguyen, 24, of Eastern Avenue in Manchester was arrested at 4:01 p.m. on July 30 on stalking, falsifying physical evidence, disorderly conduct, and resisting arrest or detention charges. Police were sent to the Mall at Rockingham Park on Rockingham Park Boulevard to investigate a man following two young women around the mall, according to a report. The man was stopped and later, arrested. Nguyen was released on personal recognizance.

William Lopez, 35, of an unknown address in Lawrence, MA, was arrested on a fugitive warrant at 8:39 a.m. on July 30 as well as driving after revocation or suspension and disobeying an officer charges. Also arrested was Maria Cerullo, 51, of Baystate Road in Lawrence, MA, on a possession of a controlled drug charge. Police were sent to South Broadway Street for a report of two people “stumbling around” and later, passing out in a Ford Explorer outside Salem Hyundai, according to a report. Police arrived and later, arrested a man and a woman. Cerullo was released on personal recognizance while Lopez had a warrant out of Massachusetts, refused bail, and was taken to the county jail.

Adnan Tutic, 29, of School Street in Revere, MA, was arrested at 5:30 p.m. on July 25 on a felony willful concealment-theft-$1,500-plus charge. He was arrested after police were sent to Williams Sonoma for a report of a man attempting to steal $2,000 worth of coffeemakers, according to a report. The man was reportedly seen running near Chipotle and later, caught. Tutic refused bail and was taken to jail.

Ava Lee Vee Donovan, 26, of Shepard Avenue in Salem received a summons at 4:33 p.m. on July 25 on a driving after revocation or suspension charge and a suspension of vehicle registration violation after a motor vehicle stop on North Broadway Street.

Isaac Vincent Rivera, 22, of Brentwood Road in Methuen, MA, was arrested at 10:04 a.m. on July 25 on felony burglary, theft by unauthorized taking-less than $1,000, criminal mischief, and criminal trespass charges. He was arrested on a warrant and released on personal recognizance.

Cristal Mary Nieves, 35, of Centre Street in Roxbury, MA, was arrested at 9:08 a.m. on July 25 on a theft by deception-less than $1,000 charge. She was arrested on a warrant and released on personal recognizance.

Coralys Marie Zorrilla, 28, of East Dalton Street in Lawrence, MA, was arrested at 9:01 a.m. on July 25 on a bench warrant and a felony bail jumping charge. She was arrested on a warrant from the South Bay House of Corrections in Boston and released on personal recognizance.

Adam M. Weidman, 36, of London Road in Salem was arrested at 1:42 a.m. on July 25 on a driving after revocation or suspension-subsequent charge. He was arrested after a traffic stop on North Broadway Street and released on personal recognizance.
