Manhunt Leads to Arrest of Massachusetts Man
Salem Police Log: Manchester man charged with DUI and Derry man arrested for conduct after an accident.

Sheldon Hicks, 19, of Spring Street in Salem, was arrested at 3:41 p.m. on Nov. 13, 2015, for disorderly conduct. He was also taken in to protective custody. Police were sent to Meadow Lane for a report of a father stating that his son had been “disoriented all day” and was “walking around talking to himself.” The man stated that it might be changes in his medication. Hicks was later arrested and transported to Parkland Medical Center.

Daniel Paul, 49, of Bryant Road in Manchester, was arrested at 11:14 a.m. on Nov. 14, for DUI-impairment. Police received a report of several cars being hit on I-93 southbound with the vehicle exiting off Exit 2 and driving northbound on North Policy. Police caught up with the vehicle on Lake Street and arrested Paul. He was later transported to Parkland Medical Center.

Richard T. Larochelle, 54, of Linwood Avenue in Derry, was arrested at 4:05 p.m. on Nov. 15, for conduct after an accident. He turned himself in on a warrant.
Christopher Manitis, 38, of Main Street in Tewksbury, MA, was arrested on a warrant at 8:04 p.m. on Nov. 15. Police were asked to assist the Methuen Police with a K-9 unit about a possible burglar in the area of North Street. A helicopter was also being used in the search. While Methuen Police were on Morgan Drive near Raymond’s Turkey Farm, police were on Nirvana Drive. They caught up with the man on Main Street and he was arrested.
