Mass. Man Allegedly Threatens Woman with a Baseball Bat: Log

Salem Police: Mass. teens, others arrested for willful concealment and Florida man charged after hit-and-run crash.

SALEM, NH — Justin A. Provencher, 28, of Abbey Lane in Goffstown, was arrested at 8:17 a.m. on Aug. 5, 2016, on four counts of criminal mischief. He turned himself in on a warrant.

Kariny M. Urena, 42, of Westland Street in Methuen, MA, was arrested for 12:33 p.m. on Aug. 5, 2016, on a warrant after a crash on South Broadway near the Salem Village Mall. She was released on $1,000 cash bail.

Taylor Pumphret, 23, of Marston Street in Lawrence, MA, was arrested at 3:45 p.m. on Aug. 5, 2016, for willful concealment after an incident

Julie A. Emrich, 18, of Shirley Avenue in North Reading, MA, was arrested at 4:25 p.m. for willful concealment. Also arrested was Hannah E. Brogan, 18, of Cedar Street in North Reading, also for willful concealment. They were both arrested at Lord & Taylor at the Mall at Rockingham Park.

Ariana Curfman, 22, of Bramley Hill Road in Windham, was arrested at 4:10 p.m. on Aug. 6, 2016, for willful concealment. Also arrested was Travis Davekos, 24, of Farview Hill Road in Atkinson, for willful concealment. They were both arrested at Kohl’s on Cluff Crossing Road and released on personal recognizance bail.

Jesse L. Vaughn, 22, of Prairie Lane in Titusville, FL, was arrested at 10:14 p.m. on Aug. 6, 2016, for conduct after an accident and driving after revocation or suspension after a hit-and-run accident at the 7-Eleven on Main Street. A sergeant was flagged down after an SUV hit another vehicle and reportedly fled the scene. A person gave police an Alabama plate number and description of the two male drivers. An officer found the vehicle and followed it as it turned into the La Quinta Inn. Vaughn was arrested and released on personal recognizance bail.

Danamarie O. McPhee, 43, of Lisa Lane in Lawrence, MA, was arrested at 3:35 p.m. on Aug. 7, 2016, for willful concealment after an alleged incident at JCPenney at the Mall at Rockingham Park. She was released on personal recognizance bail.

Devin McDonald, 41, of Locust Street in North Reading, MA, was arrested at 8:27 p.m. on July 30, 2016, for criminal threatening. Police were sent to Brady Avenue after a woman alleged that McDonald “came to her house with 3 other male subjects (and) threatened her with a baseball bat,” according to a report. He left in an SUV and was later arrested.

Ernesto B. Mateo Jr., 26, of Belmont Street in Manchester, was arrested at 5:56 p.m. on July 30, 2016, for theft after an alleged incident – stealing sunglasses – at the Sunglass Hut at the Mall at Rockingham Park. He refused bail and was held at the Rockingham County House of Corrections.

Josue J. Figueroa, 18, of Howard Street in Lawrence, MA, was arrested at 1:37 a.m. on July 29, 2016, for possession of a controlled drug-marijuana, hashish, less than 5 grams. Also arrested was Arnaldo Gil, 18, of Butler Street in Lawrence, MA, for transporting drugs in a motor vehicle and possession of a controlled drug-marijuana, hashish, less than 5 grams. They were arrested after a suspicious vehicle call near Londonderry Piano on North Broadway. They were released on personal recognizance bail.
