Massachusetts Man Indicted In Rockingham County Court On Bribery Charge

Plus: Salem teen indicted on burglary, cop assault charges; 2 women indicted on strangulation charges; 2 face felony rental return charges.

BRENTWOOD, NH — The following people were indicted recently in Rockingham County Superior Court.

Jaqueline Medina, 33, of Angelo Drive in Merrimack on a felony second-degree assault-domestic violence-strangulation charge. She was accused of strangling an intimate partner on Sept. 11, 2021, in Londonderry.

Lindsay A. Melito, 39, of Stevens Street in Methuen, Massachusetts, on a felony possession of fentanyl charge on May 27, 2021, in Salem.

Sean Nolan, 36, of Alexander Drive in Salem on two felony driving while being certified as a habitual offender charges. He was accused of driving on Main Street in Salem on June 16, 2021, and South Policy Street in Salem on July 14, 2021, after being deemed a habitual offender by the NH DMV.

Joshua R. Nolet, 36, of Dubuque Street in Manchester on receiving stolen property and unauthorized use of a propelled vehicle or rented property charges, both felonies. He was accused by police of not redelivering a 2017 GMC Savana truck between Nov. 16, and Nov. 23, 2021, in Windham.

Jake Robert Pereira, 28, of Pine Street in Seabrook on a felony burglary charge. He was accused of burglarizing a Biggs Lane in Seabrook building on Jan. 16.

Rogelio Perez-Lorenzo, 41, of Essex Street in North Reading, MA, on a felony bribery in official and political matters charge. He was accused of offering a New Hampshire Department of Labor inspector $28,000 to make RCPL Construction’s documentation compliance issues disappear on July 2, 2020, in Londonderry.

Regina Perry, 36, of Caladonia Street in Haverhill, MA, on theft by deception and receiving stolen property charges, both felonies. She was accused of pawning a stolen gold necklace to Cash for Gold Pawn Shop in Salem on Oct. 10, 2020.

Jennifer Pike, 40, of Fairway Drive in Derry on a felony second-degree assault charge. She was accused of strangling a family or household member on Jan. 24 in Derry.

Josue E. Portillo, 18, of Brook Road in Salem on burglary and criminal mischief charges, both felonies, as well as three extended term of imprisonment-simple assault charges. He was accused by police of kicking a detective in the leg and genitals and pushing them in the chest on Dec. 30, 2021, in Salem, and was accused of working in concert with three others to burglarize and ransacking a home on Grove Avenue in Salem between May 22, and May 23, 2021.

Michael L. Rand, 36, of Wakefield Street in Rochester on a felony theft by unauthorized taking charge. He was accused by police of stealing merchandise from Walmart in Seabrook on Sept. 16, 2019, after being convicted twice before of theft.

Jose Daniel Rivera, 49, of Norman Street in Chicopee, MA, on a felony accomplice theft by unauthorized taking charge. He was accused of working in concert with Randi Mammino, according to the indictment, in stealing merchandise from Home Depot in North Hampton on Sept. 16, 2021.

Dominick Rocco, 32, of Dunvegan Woods Drive in Hampton on unauthorized use of propelled vehicle or rented property and theft by unauthorized taking charges, both felonies. He was accused of exercising control over a 2020 Dodge Charger owned by Enterprise and failing to return it between Jan. 29, and March 7, 2021, in Exeter.
