Mass. Teen Arrested on Theft, Stolen Property Charges: Log
Salem Police: Nashua and Pelham men arrested for violating restraining orders.

SALEM, NH - Charles Reidy, 22, of Grand Avenue in Nashua, was arrested at 1:15 p.m. on Dec. 29, 2015, and charged with domestic violence-simple assault, domestic violence-violation a protective order, and a warrant. Police were sent to the Salem Gulf station on South Broadway for a restraining order violation report. A woman reported that she was at the gas station when she was allegedly assaulted by Reidy, who she currently has a restraining order against. He was arrested and transported to jail, according to police.

Jessica K. Phelan, 22, of Central Street in Methuen, MA, was arrested at 6:04 p.m. on Dec. 29, 2015, for willful concealment, theft by deception (under $1,000), and false report to law enforcement. She was arrested at Marshalls on South Broadway and released on $500 cash bail.

Stephen M. Hutchins, 18, of Andover, MA, was arrested at 9:31 a.m. on Dec. 30, 2015, on two counts of receiving stolen property (under $1,000) and two counts of theft by deception (under $1,000). He was arrested at Salem District Court.
Holli L. Bourque, 37, of Route 175 in Holderness, was arrested at 4:33 p.m. on Dec. 30, 2015, for felony willful concealment (two prior convictions). Also arrested was Paul McIntyre, 38, of Route 175 in Holderness for willful concealment. They were arrested at Macy’s at the Mall at Rockingham Park. Bourque refused bail and was taken to the Rockingham County House of Corrections; McIntyre was released on personal recognizance bail.

Brian J. Tarmey, 50, of St. Margaret’s Drive in Pelham, was arrested at 5:46 p.m. on Dec. 30, 2015, for violation of a restraining order. He was arrested at police headquarters and held without bail. Tarmey allegedly texted someone who had a restraining order against him, according to police
