Massachusetts Residents Arrested On DUI Charges: Salem Police Log
Cops say Bay State accused stalker fled scene in a Maserati; Somerville thief arrested again; Manchester man bagged on bail jumping count.
SALEM, NH — Darlene M. Bartholomew, 62, of Hampshire Road in Methuen, Massachusetts, was arrested on a driving under the influence charge at 4:50 p.m. on Dec. 17, 2024. Police and fire and rescue teams were sent to Salem Street for a report that a car flipped over and one person was trapped inside. A pole and wires were also down, and Liberty Utilities was notified. After a field sobriety test, Bartholomew was taken to the Parkland Medical Center, arrested, and released on personal recognizance, police said.
Rojina Shrestha, 52, of South Shore Road in Windham, was arrested at 9:08 a.m. on Dec. 17 on a warrant. Police stopped a vehicle at Main and North Policy streets and arrested a woman on a Hudson police warrant.
Zachary James Colon, 27, of Clay Street in Manchester, was arrested at 7:23 a.m. on Dec. 17 on a bail jumping charge and a bench warrant. Federal marshals arrested him and brought him to the Rockingham County Jail.

Sharlene Hilda Wulleman, 45, of Cutter Lane in Amesbury, MA, was arrested at 8:14 p.m. on Dec. 11 on harassment, stalking, and criminal trespass charges. According to a police report, a man on Bluff Street requested police, claiming his ex was trying to break into his home. Later, she left the area in a Maserati SUV, police said. According to a report, the vehicle was stopped at Hawkins Glenn near Town Farm Road, where she was arrested. Wulleman was released on personal recognizance later.
Michael C. Moran, 46, of Dartmouth Street in Somerville, MA, was arrested at 4:39 p.m. on Dec. 11 on willful concealment, a felony due to two prior convictions and resisting arrest or detention charges as well as a bench warrant and an outside agency warrant. He was arrested after police were sent to Dick’s Sporting Goods at the Mall at Rockingham Park for a report of a shoplifting. Store employees accused a man of leaving the store with $500 worth of merchandise and might be leaving the mall in a black Range Rover. After police arrived, the suspect fled the area on foot but was found and arrested near Klemms Car Wash. Salem fire was requested due to the suspect possibly “overdosing,” according to a police report. Police checked the lots for the Range Rover “as this may have been (a) simultaneous shoplifting that occurred,” a report stated. Moran was taken to the hospital and, later, the Rockingham County Jail.

Leeann Boutwell, 62, of Castle Hill Road in Windham, was arrested at 2:12 p.m. on Dec. 11 on a willful concealment charge. She was arrested after an incident at Marshalls on South Broadway Street. Boutwell was released on personal recognizance.
Jeffrey Michael Fowler, 55, of Manchester Street in Manchester, was arrested at 1:43 p.m. on Nov. 24 on willful concealment and resisting arrest or detention charges. Police were sent to Home Depot on South Broadway Street for a report of a shoplifter who fled the store. Cops caught up with the suspect in the parking lot of the McDonald’s Restaurant and he was arrested and released on personal recognizance.
Felipe Hany Albuquerque, 46, of Parkside Place in Malden, MA, was arrested on a reckless operation charge at 9:10 a.m. on Nov. 24 after a motor vehicle stop on South Broadway. He was released on a summons.
Jeffrey Graciani, 41, of Basswood Street in Lawrence, MA, was arrested at 2:15 a.m. on Nov. 24 on a DUI-second offense charge after a motor vehicle stop at Rockingham Park Boulevard and Mall Road. He was released on personal recognizance.
