Montana Man Arrested on Child Sex Charges: Sheriffs

Plus, Londonderry and Manchester residents were arrested on burglary charges and a Kingston man faces forgery charge.

BRENTWOOD, NH — The following people were arrested by the Rockingham County Sheriff’s Department recently.

Kevin J. Sullivan, 22, of Gilcreast Road in Londonderry, was arrested on Oct. 15, 2016, on a judge’s order to arrest for VOP on a burglary charge.

Jatonya A. Champney, 33, of Lake Avenue in Manchester, was arrested on Oct. 14, 2016, on a judge’s order to arrest for VOP on a burglary charge.

Tucker Harley Davidson Cockerline, 26, of Marshall Road in Kingston, was arrested on Oct. 13, 2016, on a judge’s order to arrest for VOP forgery.

Samantha A. Martin, 29, of Main Street in Raymond, was arrested on Oct. 13, 2016, on a judge’s order to arrest for failure to appear at the arraignment of a possession of fentanyl charge, on a judge’s order to arrest for shoplifting, and on a judge’s order to arrest for operating after suspension.

Alphonse A. Toto, 50, of Liberty Lane in Missoula, MT, was arrested on Oct. 13, 2016, on a judge’s order to arrest for failure to appear on 15 counts of aggravated felonious sexual assault. According to KGVO in Montana, the charges date back to alleged incidents in New Hampshire from the 1980s.

Justin M. Avery, 29, of Concord Street in Manchester, was arrested on Oct. 11, 2016, on a judge’s order to arrest for failure to appear on a fentanyl possession charge and on a judge’s order to arrest for possession of marijuana.

Geoffrey I. Booker, 29, of East Road in Plaistow, was arrested on Oct. 11, 2016, on a judge’s order to arrest for VOP heroin possession.

Pitter T. Perez, 22, of Hospital Avenue in Manchester, was arrested on Oct. 10, 2016, on a judge’s order to arrest for deferred sentence on a theft charge.
