Multi-Agency Force Makes Big Drug Busts Last Week
Drug task forces make busts in Keene after buys in Salem; take weapons, 3.5 kilos of heroin, cocaine off New Hampshire streets.
A multi-agency drug task force made the largest heroin bust in New Hampshire history last week, according to a press statement from the U.S. Attorney’s Office.
Arrested as part of the effort were:
- Ross Gould, 28, of Prospect Street in Richmond, for unlawful possession of heroin.
- Jamie Hilow, 28, of High Street in Winchester, for unlawful distribution of heroin.
- Jaclyn Hilow, 29, of High Street in Winchester, for unlawful distribution of heroin.
- Jason Daigle, 38, Prospect Hill Road in Richmond, for engaging in a conspiracy to distribute heroin.
- Brandon Rivers, 29, of Howard Street in Keene, for engaging in a conspiracy to distribute heroin.
- Jonathan Cruz-Marte, 32, of Howard Street in Lawrence, MA, for engaging in a conspiracy to distribute heroin.
- Felix Portes 56, of Bailey Street in Lawrence, MA, for engaging in a conspiracy to distribute heroin.
- Pedro Pena, 37, of Chestnut Street in Lawrence, MA, for distribution of heroin.
Police also took possession of 14 firearms and “significant quantities of heroin and cocaine (that) were seized during the execution of a search warrant at Gould’s residence.” According to reports, the drug deals were made at the Mall at Rockingham Park and in Lawrence, MA. The drug task force then made busts in Keene. The busts are believed to be the biggest heroin bust in New Hampshire history.

Along with the U.S. Attorney’s Office, ICE/Homeland Security, the NH AG’s Drug Task Force, ATFE, NH State Police, DEA, USMS, and local departments were involved in the action.
