Nashua Man Arrested On Warrant, Stalking Charges: Salem Police Log

SALEM, NH — Natisha Ariell Lima Dasilva, 21, of Green Street in Manchester was arrested at 9:47 p.m. on Feb. 5, 2023, on an operating without a valid license charge. She was charged after a motor vehicle stop at Sayde’s Restaurant on Cluff Crossing Road.

Hector Prisman Hernandez Morales, 27, of Woodland Street in Lawrence, Massachusetts, received a summons at 3:06 p.m. on Feb. 5 on an operating without a valid license charge after a motor vehicle stop at T-Bones on South Broadway Street.

Carlos Julio Garcia Figueroa, 35, of Amherst Street in Nashua was arrested on a warrant as well as two stalking charges at 10:54 a.m. on Feb. 5. He was arrested after a motor vehicle stop on Raymond Avenue.

Franco Romero, 21, of Leonard Avenue in Lawrence, MA, was arrested at 10:22 a.m. on Feb. 5 on a bench warrant as well as a driving after revocation or suspension and a possession of more than three-quarters of an ounce of marijuana or 5 grams of hashish charges. He was arrested after police were sent to Central Street for a suspicious vehicle. A caller reported the vehicle had been there for “several days,” with people in it, and it “smells like marijuana.”

Susan Rita Overka, 50, of Travelers Drive in Salem was arrested at 11:58 p.m. on Feb. 4 on a domestic violence-simple assault charge. A person called the police to report receiving a FaceTime message from a friend, a victim, who was covered in marks on his face. Police were sent to Travelers Drive and later, arrested Overka.

Mario D. Verissimo, 43, of West Fall Road in Pelham was arrested at 4:56 p.m. on Feb. 4 on driving after revocation or suspension and possession of a controlled drug charges. He was arrested after a motor vehicle stop at the Fun City Trampoline Park on South Broadway Street.

Shayna May Hofmann, 37, of East Street in Methuen, MA, was arrested at 12:36 p.m. on Feb. 4 on aggravated driving under the influence-0.16+ and DUI charges. Police were sent to the Ham Radio Outlet on North Broadway Street for a report of a woman slumped over the wheel of a Jeep Renegade with Massachusetts plates. The woman was found to be unresponsive, so Salem fire and rescue teams were requested. After gaining consciousness, she was given field sobriety tests, and arrested.
