Betty wrote in an email, If you missed it, the NH GOP’s Town Hall in Nashua, last Saturday, it was televised nationally. In person, just as in her books, Carly revealed her deep concern for all the people who have lost their livelihood because bureaucrats in Washington invent regulations that Congress doesn’t even vote on. Without notes or a podium, Carly wowed the crowd with her 7-point plan to address even more than the need for jobs - for national security, for legal immigration, for local control of education, for a hugely simplified IRS tax code, for greatly reduced business regulations to rescue small businesses that cannot afford the tax accountants and lawyers that big businesses have to hire. Her high energy electrified the crowd!
