NH Fugitive of the Week: Nicholas Emond
Nicholas Emond should be considered armed and dangerous.
The District of New Hampshire–New Hampshire Joint Fugitive Task Force is attempting to locate and arrest federal fugitive Nicholas Emond.
Emond is wanted on an outstanding arrest warrant for violations of conditions of supervised release. Emond is on supervision as a result of a conviction and sentence for being a felon in possession of a firearm. Emond has ties to Strafford County and southern Maine. Emond should be considered armed and dangerous based on his prior conviction involving a firearm.
If you know of the whereabouts or have observed a person that resembles Emond, please contact the U.S. Marshals Fugitive Task Force or your local police.
