Night Work Coming to I-93 North

Expect lane closures this weekend and next week.

CONCORD, NH - The New Hampshire Department of Transportation announced plans on June 3, 2016, to perform night work cold planing on the I-93 NB between Mile Markers 3.2 and 6.6, from the north end of the Exit 2 On Ramp to the north end of the Exit 3 On Ramp, according to a press statement.

The night work is scheduled to begin on Sunday, June 5, 2016 and is anticipated to take 3 nights between the hours of 7 p.m. and 6 a.m. Lane closures will be utilized to perform this work. Associated paving will be conducted during the day.

Both operations will utilize lane closures and traffic shifts that may result in minor delays to NB traffic. This work is weather dependent and could be delayed due to inclement weather. Message boards, uniformed officers, and traffic control devices along I-93 will be used to provide advanced information and direct motorists through the work zone.
