North Andover Man Arrested for DWI After Crash
Ramon Suero allegedly blew a 0.27 on a Breathalyzer test after an accident in Salem; teenage girl was reportedly injured.

A Massachusetts man was arrested over the weekend after allegedly driving drunk on Ermer Road.
Ramon Suero, 49, of North Andover, MA, was arrested on May 24, 2015, and charged with aggravated driving while intoxicated.
According to police, at around 6:30 p.m., Salem Police and Salem Fire and Rescue teams were sent to the intersection of Route 111 and Ermer Road for an accident with injuries.

Two people were transported to the hospital, including a 13-year-old girl who was a passenger in Suero’s vehicle.
During an investigation of the crash, police learned that Suero was driving a Kia south on Ermer Road when he attempted to cross Route 111. A Chevrolet, operated by a Derry man who was traveling east, then struck the Kia.

Police alleged that Suero was impaired and arrested him.
“Suero later submitted to a breath test which revealed a BrAC of .27%, more than three times the legal limit,” according to Lt. Joel Dolan of the Salem Police Department.
Suero was later released on personal recognizance bail and is due in court on June 10.
