Numerous Mass. Residents Bagged for Shoplifting: LOG
Salem Police: Windham man arrested for disorderly, Salem man arrested for DUI, and Nashua man arrested for theft, trespass.

SALEM, NH –
Michael A. Leamy, 21, of Evergreen Road in Salem, was arrested at 1 a.m. on Nov. 26, 2015, for DUI-impairment (2nd or 3rd). Officers were sent to Bridge Street and Becky Drive for a motor vehicle complaint involving a vehicle that sped by her at a “high rate of speed.” The complainant gave police the license plate of the vehicle and stated it was heading toward Main Street. The vehicle was pulled over near the Salem Heritage Museum. The driver, Leamy, was given a field sobriety test and then arrested. He was released on $1,500 personal recognizance bail.

Scott J. Serbousek, 30, of London Bridge Road in Windham, was arrested at 2:43 p.m. on Nov. 26, for disorderly conduct. Police were sent to Best Buy on South Broadway and arrested Serbousek. He was later released on a summons.
Dannielle Tibbitts, 19, of Jackson Street in Lawrence, MA, was arrested at 7:01 p.m. on Nov. 26, for willful concealment. She was arrested at Sears on Rockingham Park Boulevard.

Xoa T. Phan, 52, of Mahoney Way in Haverhill, MA, was arrested at 7:13 p.m. on Nov. 26, for willful concealment after an incident at Lord & Taylor on Rockingham Park Boulevard.
Thomas Pettiglio, 48, of Broad Street in Nashua, was arrested at 9:51 p.m. on Nov. 26, for theft by deception (less than $1,000), criminal trespass, and breach of bail. He was arrested at JC Penney on Rockingham Park Boulevard and held without bail.
Brianna Abreau, 19, of Arnold Street in Methuen, MA, was arrested at 1:08 a.m. on Nov. 27, on a willful concealment charge. She was arrested arrested at JC Penney on Rockingham Park Boulevard and released on personal recognizance bail.
