The New Hampshire Gas Tax, also known as the road toll, is a tax designed to fund the highway system in the state. Unfortunately, more than a quarter of all revenue from the gas tax gets raided to fund other parts of New Hampshire Government. The Gas Tax should not be raised as long as the highway fund is raided.
If the families of New Hampshire have to live within their means, so should the Government.
