‘Out-of-Control’ Salem Man Arrested on Vandalism Charge: Log

SALEM, NH — Lauren E. LaMarsh, 31, of Sentinel Court in Manchester, was charged at 12:45 p.m. on Sept. 15, 2016, with willful concealment after an alleged incident at Macy’s at the Mall at Rockingham Park. She was released on a summons.

Andrew M. Crovello, 21, of Asbury Street in Salem, was arrested at 1:57 p.m. on Sept. 14, 2016, for criminal mischief and unlawful activities; litter control. Police were sent to the home for a report of a man that was “out of control and is destroying the house.” Crovello was bailed out on $1,000 cash.

Charles N. Malmsten Jr., 35, of Valley Lane in Kingston, was arrested at 2:10 p.m. on Sept. 14, 2016, for willful concealment, a felony, due to two prior convictions, and breach of bail. Detectives were called to Lowes and arrested Malmsten. He refused bail and was transported to jail.

Police and fire and rescue teams were sent to Cluff Crossing Road at 3:54 p.m. on Sept. 14, 2016, for a report of a man overdosing on heroin. He refused transportation after being revived with Narcan.

Police and EMTs were sent to McDonald’s on South Broadway for an overdose. A woman was in an Oldsmobile and unconscious, according to dispatch. She was transported to Holy Family.

Jessica Guerin, 27, of Jewell Drive in Salem, was charged at 10:54 p.m. on Sept. 14, 2016, for loitering or prowling. She was arrested on Brookdale Road after police were called to the area for a report of a woman who got out of a vehicle and started looking into cars. She was charged and released on a summons.

Maria C. Maguire, 63, of Lindon Avenue in Methuen, MA, was arrested at 9:01 p.m. on Sept. 13, 2016, on three counts of willful concealment. She was arrested at Lord & Taylor at the Mall at Rockingham Park.

Ashlee R. Cote, 29, of Newton Plains Road in Lee, was arrested at 8:54 a.m. on Sept. 12, 2016, for possession of a controlled drug after detectives were sent to the rest area on I-93 for a report of suspicious persons.

Beatriz Rivera, 52, of West Street in Milford, MA, was arrested at 9:15 a.m. on Sept. 12, 2016, for false report to law enforcement. She turned herself in on a warrant.
