Overdoses Reported in Salem and I-93 Rest Area: Log
Salem Police: Teen arrested for simple assault and numerous Mass. Residents charged with willful concealment.

SALEM, NH – Russell S. Bergeron, 30, of Clinton Street in Methuen, MA, was arrested at 9:10 a.m. on April 1, 2016, for DUI and aggravated DUI 0.16+. He was arrested on a warrant.

Robert Maguire, 38, of Yeamans Street in Revere, MA, was arrested at 2:21 p.m. on April 1, 2016, for willful concealment, two prior convictions, after an alleged incident at Kohl’s on Cluff Crossing Road. Police caught him at the Ninety-Nine Restaurant after he fled the store. Maguire was held on $2,500 cash bail.

Lucky Keointhisone, 29, of Barker Street in Lowell, MA, was arrested at 6:01 p.m. on April 1, 2016, on willful concealment charge after an alleged incident at Lord & Taylor on Rockingham Park Boulevard.

An overdose was reported at the I-93 rest area at 7:11 p.m. on April 1, 2016.
A woman was taken into protective custody at 9 p.m. on April 1, 2016, after an incident that started at the Fan Zone in Hampstead and ended on Westwood Road.
A 16-year-old received a summons at 1:32 p.m. on April 2, 2016, for possession/use of tobacco products by a minor after employees at Best Buy reported a young man passed out in the middle of the store. Salem Fire and Rescue teams were also called to the store. The teen, it turned out, was missing from Andover, MA.
Christopher Javier, 19, of Sheridan Street in Lawrence, MA, was arrested at 4:29 p.m. on April 2, 2016, for willful concealment and criminal trespass. He was arrested at Macy’s at the Mall at Rockingham Park, refused bail, and was held.
A 17-year-old boy was arrested at 4:37 p.m. on April 2, 2016, on three counts of simple assault and possession/use of tobacco products by a minor. Police were sent to Royal Circle for a report of a teen “assaulting family members by punching and throwing things around,” according to the report.
A 14-year-old was arrested at 5:26 p.m. on April 2, 2016, on a willful concealment charge at Macy’s at the Mall at Rockingham Park.
Police were sent to Main Street at 9:44 p.m. on April 2, 2016, to pick up a 14-year-old girl from New York City who left at 3:30 a.m. to Salem to see her boyfriend. She was picked up and delivered to another family member who would watch her until her parents came up from New York.
An 18-year-old woman overdose on Corinthian Drive at 12:48 a.m. on April 3, 2016. She was transported to Holy Family Hospital.
Kassem Trad, 32, of Whitehall Road in Amesbury, MA, was arrested at 12:38 p.m. on April 3, 2016, for willful concealment after an alleged incident at Macy’s at the Mall at Rockingham Park.
Kaitlyn E. Sullivan, 25, of Blanchard Boulevard in Braintree, MA, was arrested at 4:17 p.m. on April 3, 2016, for willful concealment. Nichole M. Beauchesne, 32, of Chauncy Street in Weymouth, MA, was also charged with willful concealment. Both were arrested at Macy’s at the Mall at Rockingham Park.
