'Peeping Tom' Reported at Salem High School
The following arrest information was supplied by the Salem Police Department. It does not indicate a conviction.

Friday, Sept. 20
- 11:56 a.m.: Police received a report from a teacher at North Salem Elementary School on Zion Hill Road who said she heard what sounded like 5 to 7 gun shots coming from the Briarwood area. Police were unable to find the source of the gun shots.
- 1:04 p.m.: Police received a report of an accident on Main Street.
- 1:09 p.m.: Police investigated a report of a Peeping Tom at Salem High School on Geremonty Drive.
- 3:03 p.m.: Police received a report of an accident with no injury on Brady Avenue.
- 4:09 p.m.: Mo Anne Shyne, 50, of 9 Kayla Avenue, Salem was charged with willful concealment after allegedly attempting to shoplift from Kmart on South Broadway. She was released on $620 bail.
- 4:39 p.m.: Police received a report of an accident on Rockingham Park Boulevard.
- 6:54 p.m.: Rosy De La Cruz, 19, of 8B Crown St., Nashua was charged with willful concealment and breach of bail conditions after allegedly attempting to shoplift from Kohl's on Cluff Crossing Road. She was released on $4,000 bail.
- 11:24 p.m.: Police received a report of an accident on Arcadia Lane.
- 8:18 a.m.: Police received a report of two people who were possibly having sex in a car in the parking lot of Party Center on South Broadway. Police spoke with the subjects and they were moved along.
- 12:18 p.m.: Police assisted the Salem Fire Department at the scene of a motor vehicle fire on Pacheco Drive.
- 1:03 p.m.: A caller on Williams Street said his vehicle was doused with mustard overnight.
- 2:09 p.m.: James D. Aleksa, 20, of 11 Windsor St., Methuen, MA was charged with disorderly conduct and resisting arrest following an incident outside the Apple Store at the Mall at Rockingham Park on Mall Road. He was released on $1,000 personal recognizance bail.
- 2:35 p.m.: Thomas J. Hunt, 50, of 28 Benham St., Medford, MA was charged with receiving stolen property ($1,000+), driving after revocation/suspension, resisting arrest/detention and driving under the influence second or third. He refused the services of the bail commissioner and was transported to jail.
- 8:34 p.m.: Dennis Joseph Richard II, 37, of 21 Sherwood Circle, Apt. #0, Salem was charged with simple assault. He was released on $1,500 personal recognizance bail.
- 11:53 a.m.: Police received a report of a multi-vehicle accident with injuries on Route 111.
- 4:26 p.m.: Sophie Combs, 18, of 51 Juniper Road, Andover, MA was charged with willful concealment after allegedly attempting to shoplift from Macy's on Mall Road.
- 4:31 p.m.: Police received a report of an accident on North Broadway.
- 9:15 p.m.: Daniel K. Fratus, 27, of 29 Crestwood Circle, Salem was charged with resisting arrest/detention and obstructing government administration. He was released on $2,500 personal recognizance bail.
