Pelham Students to SHS?

Salem officials say they have the space with Windham students now gone.

According to the Eagle-Tribune, school officials from Pelham are exploring the possibility of a tuition deal to send their high school students to Salem.

Pelham officials told the paper they'll push for a referendum on the March ballot to see if there is interest in a possible Salem tuition deal as their town grapples with the future of its high school.

Salem School Board Chair Peter Morgan said there is room for Pelham students because the number of Windham students previously at SHS is "in the same ballpark," he told the Eagle-Tribune.
