Perp Stole NH Special Olympics Donation Jars: Cops
Salem Police are seeking assistance identifying the man in these surveillance photos.
SALEM, NH – Salem Police investigators are asking for the public’s help identifying a man who allegedly stole two New Hampshire Special Olympics donation jars from a local store, according to a press statement.
At just after 5:30 a.m. on June 19, 2016, a silver 2012 Honda Civic parked at the gas pumps of the Circle K convenience store on North Broadway in Salem, according to Capt. Joel Dolan of the Salem Police Department.

A man then entered the store and while the clerk was distracted, reportedly stole the jars from the counter, Dolan alleged.

The man then exited the store with the jars, according to the report. Dolan noted that it is unknown how much money was in the jars but by eyeing security footage, the department has learned that the Honda is registered to a woman from Concord.
