Police Log: Alcohol Possession Charges

Editor's note: The following entries are excerpts from logs submitted by Salem Police.

AUGUST 19

12:33 a.m. Jaymi Hernandez, 18, of Washington Avenue in Haverhill, Mass., is charged with unlawful possession of alcohol. Joseph A. Getchell, 20, of Anderson Drive in Methuen, Mass., is charged with unlawful possession of alcohol. Michael J. Peters, Jr., 20, of Independence Drive in Salem, is charged with unlawful possession of alcohol and facilitating an underage alcohol house party. Brittany Ventrillo, 18, of Stacey Circle in Windham, is charged with unlawful possession of alcohol and possession of controlled narcotic drugs. Michael Martinez, 20, of unlawful possession of alcohol, simple assault, resisting arrest or detention and possession of controlled narcotic drugs. Jorge Foglia, 18, of Tudor Street in Methuen, Mass., is charged with unlawful possession of alcohol. Robert A. Monserrat, 19, of Gaywood Circle in Methuen, Mass., is charged with unlawful possession of alcohol. Two individuals are taken into protective custody for alcohol.

3:04 p.m. A hit-and-run motor vehicle accident is reported on South Policy Street.

3:18 p.m. Jeffrey F. Prenoveau, 24, of Westside Avenue in Manchester, is arrested on a warrant.

3:19 p.m. Shoplifting is reported on Mall Road.

4:26 p.m. A domestic disturbance is reported on Cluff Crossing Road.

7:07 p.m. Daniel R. Ferrigno, 28, of Lawrence Road in Salem, is arrested on a bench warrant and taken into protective custody for alcohol.

8:15 p.m. Criminal threatening is reported on Lake Street.

8:36 p.m. A vehicle fire is reported on Interstate 93.

AUGUST 20

12:07 a.m. A domestic disturbance is reported on Cluff Crossing Road.

7:01 a.m. Theft is reported on North Broadway.

9:34 a.m. Fraud is reported on Veterans Memorial Parkway.

10:20 a.m. A drug offense is reported on Veronica Lane.

11:16 a.m. Theft is reported on South Broadway.

11:19 a.m. Fraud is reported on Bannister Road.

12:52 p.m. Harassment is reported on Hampshire Street.

2:19 p.m. Theft is reported on North Broadway.

3:43 p.m. Theft is reported on Friendship Drive.

6:07 p.m. A domestic disturbance is reported on Whiteneck Way.

6:21 p.m. A dispute is reported on Mall Road.

6:55 p.m. Harassment is reported on Friendship Drive.

8:09 p.m. Theft is reported on Mall Road.

11:23 p.m. A dispute is reported on Keewaydin Drive.
