1:46 p.m. A dispute is reported on Mall Road.

1:49 p.m. A hit-and-run motor vehicle accident is reported on South Broadway.

2:11 p.m. Harassment is reported on Bridge Street.

2:29 p.m. Ramon A. Camilo, 22, of Avon Court in Lawrence, Mass., is charged with theft by deception.

2:55 p.m. Damage to a motor vehicle is reported on North Main Street.

6:57 p.m. Jake Allin Williams, 17, of Coburn Street in Salem, is charged with criminal threatening (intimidation, etc.).

9:36 p.m. Assault is reported on South Broadway.

10:50 p.m. A dispute is reported on Friendship Drive.

DECEMBER 19

7:39 a.m. A drug offense is reported on Main Street.

11:02 a.m. Assault is reported on South Broadway.

12:35 p.m. Theft is reported on South Broadway.

2:17 p.m. Damage to property is reported on North Broadway.

2:54 p.m. Andrew D. April, 19, of Autumn Woods Road in Salem, is charged with transportation of alcoholic beverages by a minor. Keith William Beal, 17, of North Main Street in Salem, is charged with unlawful possession of alcohol.

3:16 p.m. Damage to a motor vehicle is reported on South Broadway.

3:36 p.m. Jefferey M. Gentner, 40, of Millville Circle in Salem, is charged with driving after revocation or suspension.

4:34 p.m. A dispute is reported on South Broadway.

6:18 p.m. Kevin James Klich, Jr., 23, of Clinton Cemetary Road in Edgewater, Fla., is charged with possession of controlled/narcotic drugs.

6:57 p.m. Theft is reported on High Street.

7:00 p.m. Michelle A. Rheaume, 29, of Messer Avenue in Salem, is arrested on a warrant.

7:06 p.m. A hit-and-run motor vehicle accident is reported on North Broadway.

7:47 p.m. Theft is reported on Oakridge Avenue.

8:22 p.m. Hector Manuel Lugo, 30, of South Main Street in Derry, is charged with reckless operation and disobeying an officer.

10:21 p.m. Yuriy Gubanov, 42, of Elm Street in Framingham, Mass., is charged with theft.

10:24 p.m. Carlos D. Flores, Jr., 21, of Kingston Street in Lawrence, Mass., is charged with theft (shoplifting).
