FEBRUARY 17

12:43 p.m. Fraud is reported on Hampshire Road.

1:38 p.m. Alicea Ann Marie Amaro, 18, of Essex Street in Lawrence, Mass., is charged with theft (shoplifting).

2:36 p.m. William P. Moschetto, 49, of Summer Street in Salem, is charged with violation of protective order, penalty and default or breach of bail conditions.

4:04 p.m. Argenis Acevedo, 17, of Saratoga Street in Lawrence, Mass., is charged with theft (shoplifting).

4:16 p.m. Theft is reported on Mall Road.

5:25 p.m. A domestic disturbance is reported on Oakridge Avenue.

8:34 p.m. Sabrina Alicea, 19, of Willow Street in Methuen, Mass., is charged with theft (shoplifting).

11:45 p.m. A domestic disturbance is reported on Justin Avenue.

FEBRUARY 18

12:07 a.m. A dispute is reported on Lancelot Court.

1:42 a.m. Rebecca A. Hall, 21, of High Street in Haverhill, Mass., is charged with driving while intoxicated.

9:13 a.m. Damage to property is reported on Cortland Drive.

12:42 p.m. Shoplifting is reported on Rockingham Park Boulevard.

12:59 p.m. A dispute is reported on Hoyt Street.

6:21 p.m. David Michael Payne, 25, of Friendship Drive in Salem, is charged with theft of lost or mislaid property and three counts of fraudulent use of credit card.

7:27 p.m. Shoplifting is reported on South Broadway.

8:03 p.m. Paul Albert Kelly, 55, of Spicket Lane in Salem, is charged with simple assault.

FEBRUARY 19

1:15 p.m. Criminal mischief is reported on Lancelot Court.

2:15 p.m. A dispute is reported on Spring Street.

4:06 p.m. Theft is reported on Rockingham Park Boulevard.

5:52 p.m. Theft is reported on South Broadway.

6:23 p.m. Aricia Jackson, 20, of Desforge Lane in Derry, is charged with theft (shoplifting). Dustin Beaudoin, 21, of Desforge Lane in Derry, is charged with criminal liability for conduct of another.
