MARCH 28

9:05 a.m. A hit-and-run motor vehicle accident is reported on North Broadway.

9:16 a.m. Mark Timothy Mahoney, 18, of Mathias Street in Salem, is charged with second degree assault, simple assault, disorderly conduct and theft of lost or mislaid property.

11:52 a.m. Cindi Lou Joie, 51, of Blueberry Lane in North Conway, is charged with phone harassment.

2:13 p.m. Ian Clayman, 34, of Farwood Road in Haverhill, Mass., is charged with resisting arrest or detention and theft (shoplifting).

4:29 p.m. Criminal threatening is reported on Beverly Avenue. Criminal threatening is reported on Beverly Avenue.

7:00 p.m. A hit-and-run vehicle accident is reported on South Broadway.

7:03 p.m. Fraud is reported on Mall Road.

9:58 p.m. Derek R. Kimball, 25, of Franklin Street in Somersworth, is charged with disorderly conduct and criminal threatening (intimidation, etc.).

MARCH 29

7:46 a.m. Harassment is reported on Cluff Crossing Road.

8:02 a.m. Criminal threatening is reported on Hazelwood Drive.

10:16 a.m. A drug offense is reported on Veterans Memorial Parkway.

1:09 p.m. Raymond Speight, 50, of Alfred Drive in Salem, is charged with conspiracy. Raymond D. Speight, 22, of Alfred Drive in Salem, is charged with possession of controlled narcotic drugs with intent to distribute and four counts of possession of controlled narcotic drugs.

1:57 p.m. Harassment is reported on South Broadway.

2:29 p.m. Justin Richard Davison, 19, of North Main Street in Salem, is charged with possession of controlled drugs on a bench warrant.

5:26 p.m. A gun incident is reported on Main Street at Wooded Knoll Lane.

5:39 p.m. Joshua Davis, 36, of Rosewood Drive in Haverhill, Mass., is charged with theft by deception.

6:19 p.m. Criminal threatening is reported on Main Street.

8:19 p.m. Wayne Brandon Thompson, 26, of Walnut Hill Road in Derry, is charged with shoplifting.

9:42 p.m. Benecict Viola, 42, of Hevey Street in Manchester, is charged with criminal threatening (intimidation, etc.).

9:53 p.m. Scott Ralph Quimby, 32, of Concord Avenue in Derry, is charged with criminal liability for conduct of another. Michael Joseph Byron, 34, of Gamache Road in Derry, is charged with possession of controlled narcotic drugs, possession of controlled narcotic drugs with intent to distribute, possession of controlled narcotic drugs in a motor vehicle, falsifying physical evidence and resisting arrest or detention.
