NOVEMBER 24
2:26 a.m. Shawn Thomas Smith, 21, of Shetland Circle in Salem, is charged with aggravated driving while intoxicated, criminal mischief (vandalism) and two counts of driving while intoxicated.

3:18 a.m. Robert E. Schneider, Jr., 21, of Shannon Road in Salem, is charged with driving while intoxicated.
10:19 a.m. Theft is reported on Pelham Road.

1:38 p.m. Three juveniles are charged with possession of controlled narcotic drugs.
1:48 p.m. A hit-and-run motor vehicle accident is reported on North Broadway.
1:57 p.m. A hit-and-run motor vehicle accident is reported on Mall Road.
2:39 p.m. Shoplifting is reported on South Broadway.
3:17 p.m. Alexander Pagan-Montes, 24, of Winter Street in Lawrence, Mass., is charged with willful concealment (theft). Jamiel Anthony Williams, 21, of Louisburgh Road in Lawrence, Mass., is charged with criminal liability for conduct of another.
7:19 p.m. A hit-and-run motor vehicle accident is reported on North Broadway.
NOVEMBER 25
1:40 a.m. Christopher C. O'Dwyer, 38, of Lake Shore Road in Salem, is charged with criminal mischief (vandalism) and domestic violence act.
3:16 a.m. Emmanuel Matta, 26, of North Broadway in Salem, is charged with disorderly conduct and resisting arrest or detention.
7:44 a.m. Criminal mischief is reported on Porcupine Circle.
10:18 a.m. Theft is reported on North Main Street.
1:48 p.m. An assault is reported on Granite Avenue.
4:09 p.m. Theft is reported on Cluff Crossing Road.
4:45 p.m. William Burns, 26, of an unknown address in Pelham, is charged with simple assault, obstructing report of crime or injury and false imprisonment.
4:55 p.m. Michael Hilber, 26, of Stillwater Circle in Rochester, is charged with possession of controlled narcotic drugs and possession of drugs in a motor vehicle.
6:00 p.m. Matthew Hames Wachwiak, 18, of Atkinson Street in Methuen, Mass., is arrested on a bench warrant.
8:08 p.m. Theft is reported on Mulberry Road.
