NOVEMBER 29

10:09 a.m. Chad R. Shurtleff, 27, of Circle Road in Manchester, is charged with driving after revocation or suspension, driving while intoxicated, false report to law enforcement and four counts of unsworn falsification.

10:23 a.m. Damage to property is reported on Coburn Street.

11:34 a.m. Theft is reported on Town Farm Road.

12:17 p.m. Receiving stolen property is reported on South Broadway.

2:08 p.m. A drug offense is reported on Veterans Memorial Parkway.

3:55 p.m. Kayliz Alvarado, 19, of Newton Street in Lawrence, Mass., is charged with two counts of theft (shoplifting). Kamilen Jasmin Alvarado, 20, of Newton Street in Lawrence, Mass., is charged with two counts of theft (shoplifting).

5:17 p.m. Fraud is reported on Car Mar Lane.

6:01 p.m. Driving while intoxicated is reported on Main Street at South Broadway.

7:43 p.m. Two juveniles are charged with theft (shoplifting).

NOVEMBER 30

10:01 a.m. Deborah O'Neil, 48, of College Lane in Methuen, Mass., is charged with possession of controlled narcotic drugs. Lauren S. Clark, 22, of College Lane in Methuen, Mass., is charged with receiving stolen property and theft by deception.

2:29 p.m. Receiving stolen property is reported on Cluff Crossing Road.

4:14 p.m. Robert P. Sleeper, 24, of Essex Street in Lawrence, Mass., is charged with theft (shoplifting).

4:30 p.m. Shoplifting is reported on Cluff Crossing Road.

5:30 p.m. A gun incident is reported on Veterans Memorial Parkway.

6:57 p.m. Theft is reported on South Broadway.

7:07 p.m. Emily Delilah Maldonado, 17, of Tenney Street in Methuen, Mass., is charged with theft (shoplifting). Alicea Ann Marie Amaro, 18, of Essex Street in Lawrence, Mass., is charged with theft (shoplifting).

DECEMBER 1

9:23 a.m. Theft is reported on North Broadway.

10:24 a.m. Fraud is reported on South Broadway.

1:45 p.m. Criminal threatening is reported on Northeast Boulevard.

1:47 p.m. Ashley Lee Lavioe, 24, of Cogswell Street in Haverhill, Mass., is charged with theft (shoplifting). Carly D. Carney, 38, of North Broadway in Haverhill, Mass., is charged with theft (shoplifting).

4:36 p.m. Damage to property is reported on Butler Street.

4:40 p.m. Credit card fraud is reported on Millville Street.

4:51 p.m. Harassment is reported on Lowell Road.

6:31 p.m. Damage to a vehicle is reported on South Broadway.

7:21 p.m. A juvenile fan is charged with theft (shoplifting).

8:50 p.m. Noah L. Hanks, 27, of Oregon Avenue in Lawrence, Mass., is charged with driving while intoxicated.
