6:28 a.m. Christopher M. Hanscom, 29, of Albert Avenue in Haverhill, Mass., is charged with possession of controlled narcotic drugs and receiving stolen property.

11:09 a.m. Christopher Michael Kobylis, 27, of Bodwell Avenue in Salem, is charged with simple assault.
