11:13 a.m. Theft is reported on South Broadway.

12:52 p.m. Joseph A. Vachon, Jr., 49, of Lawrence Road in Salem, is charged with indecent exposure and lewdness.

2:05 p.m. Scott A. Bettano, 36, of Woodburn Drive in Methuen, Mass., is arrested on warrants for theft by deception and forgery.

8:29 p.m. Tammy M. Blair, 39, of Meisner Circle in Salem, is charged with simple assault (domestic violence).

2:45 a.m. Theft is reported on South Broadway.

12:27 p.m. Theft is reported on Rockingham Park Boulevard.

2:15 p.m. Theft is reported on Playcamp Road.

2:17 p.m. Kirk Henry Babineau, 24, of Juniper Road in Windham, is charged with criminal trespass, criminal mischief (vandalism), possession of controlled/narcotic drugs and false imprisonment.

4:10 p.m. Fraud is reported on Hunt Street.

4:56 p.m. Two juveniles are charged as runaway juveniles.

8:56 p.m. Kristin Parker, 21, of West Bayaud Avenue in Golden, Colo., is charged with theft (shoplifting). A juvenile is charged with theft (shoplifting).

10:23 p.m. Criminal mischief is reported on North Policy Street.
