Police Log: Man Charged for False Personation

APRIL 11

6:05 a.m. Tiana Lyn Delandy, 24, of Exchange Street in Lawrence, Mass., is charged with conspiracy and criminal threatening (vandalism). Rui D. Conde, 26, of Joseph Road in Salem, is charged with conspiracy and burglary.

9:27 a.m. John M. Ruth, 48, of Primrose Street in Haverhill, Mass., is charged with unarmed robbery, false personation and false imprisonment.

3:51 p.m. Chelsea Paige Bennett, 18, of Cluff Crossing Road in Salem, is charged with default or breach of bail conditions, theft (shoplifting) and possession of controlled narcotic drugs.

4:13 p.m. Jonathan McIntyre, 28, of Union Street in Manchester, is charged with possession of controlled narcotic drugs.

8:53 p.m. A domestic disturbance is reported on Car Mar Lane.

APRIL 12

9:39 a.m. Fraud is reported on Spring Street.

11:49 a.m. A domestic disturbance is reported on North Broadway.

11:50 a.m. A dispute is reported on North Broadway.

12:48 p.m. Theft is reported on Cluff Crossing Road.

4:11 p.m. Criminal mischief is reported on Mall Road.

4:15 p.m. Shoplifting is reported on Rockingham Park Boulevard.

6:24 p.m. Criminal mischief is reported on North Policy Street.

8:24 p.m. George B. Alvarado, 41, of Water Street in Lawrence, Mass., is arrested on two bench warrants and charged with theft (shoplifting) and resisting arrest.
