12:35 p.m. Roger D. Marquis, 26, of Forest Street in Lowell, Mass., is charged with receiving stolen property and theft by deception.

SEPTEMBER 24

12:59 a.m. Harassment is reported on Lancelot Court.

3:07 a.m. A male is taken into protective custody for alcohol.

3:12 a.m. Abul Azad, 59, of South Policy Street in Salem, is charged with theft.

10:33 a.m. A dispute is reported on Muse Terrace.

12:23 p.m. Two juveniles are charged with prowling.

4:23 p.m. Harassment is reported on Cluff Road.

6:54 p.m. Anita M. Downs, 40, of North Street in Methuen, Mass., is arrested on a warrant.

8:36 p.m. Criminal mischief is reported on Rockingham Park Boulevard.

11:09 p.m. A domestic disturbance is reported on Cluff Crossing Road.

SEPTEMBER 25

12:40 a.m. A domestic disturbance is reported on Henry Taylor Street.

9:06 a.m. David Vincent Palmegiano, 36, of Ledge Road in Atkinson, is charged with obstructing report of crime or injury, reckless conduct and simple assault.

12:40 p.m. A hit and run motor vehucle accident is reported on Cluff Crossing Road.

1:03 p.m. Criminal threatening is reported on Elizabeth Lane.

2:18 p.m. Fraud is reported on Lowell Road.

5:53 p.m. Shoplifting is reported on Mall Road.

6:47 p.m. Timothy Albert Grella, Jr., 34, of Henry Taylor Street in Salem, is charged with two counts of endangering the welfare of a child or incompetent.

7:38 p.m. Criminal mischief is reported on School Street.

8:31 p.m. Robbery is reported on Main Street.

8:59 p.m. A juvenile is charged with reckless operation and probationary license violations.
