3:18 p.m. Theft is reported on Pelham Road.

3:50 p.m. Theft is reported on Rockingham Park Boulevard.

4:13 p.m. Teresa D. Keith, 71, of Travelers Drive in Salem, is charged with conduct after an accident.

6:15 p.m. Credit card fraud is reported on Mall Road.

5:49 p.m. Custody issues or disputes are reported on Veterans Memorial Parkway.

6:18 p.m. Bad check fraud is reported on Rosemary Street.

7:58 p.m. Shoplifting is reported on Cluff Crossing Road.

SEPTEMBER 29

9:16 a.m. Road rage is reported on Main Street.

10:56 a.m. Theft is reported on Manor Parkway.

11:00 a.m. Harassment is reported on Central Street.

11:18 a.m. Francisco M. Brignoni, 33, of Lancelot Court in Salem, is charged with disobeying an officer, simple assault, open container of alcohol, aggravated driving while intoxicated, driving while intoxicated and two counts of conduct after an accident.

2:37 p.m. Shoplifting is reported on Rockingham Park Boulevard.

5:07 p.m. Elizabeth Rotestan, 29, of Royal Street in Lawrence, Mass., is charged with theft (shoplifting) and criminal mischief (vandalism).

6:08 p.m. Two juveniles are charged with theft (shoplifting). Julianna Tavares, 17, of Bowdoin Street in Lawrence, Mass., is charged with criminal liability for the conduct of another.

7:17 p.m. Harassment is reported on Lawrence Road.
