12:06 a.m. Two individuals are taken into protective custody for alcohol.

1:20 p.m. Assault is reported on Mall Road.

5:18 p.m. Criminal threatening is reported on Coburn Street.

9:16 p.m. A hit-and-run motor vehicle accident is reported on South Broadway.

9:29 p.m. A hit-and-run motor vehicle accident is reported on North Broadway.

MARCH 24

3:57 a.m. A domestic disturbance is reported on Maylane Drive.

8:46 a.m. Fraud is reported on South Broadway.

9:50 a.m. Shoplifting is reported on South Broadway.

10:25 a.m. Credit card fraud is reported on Zion Hill Road.

12:42 p.m. Theft is reported on South Broadway.

1:45 p.m. Harassment is reported on Dennison Avenue.

4:46 p.m. William Scott Grant, 40, of White Cedar Boulevard in Portsmouth, is charged with theft (shoplifting) and two counts of receiving stolen property.

5:32 p.m. A juvenile was charged with theft.

6:25 p.m. Theft is reported on North Broadway.

7:19 p.m. Jonathan H. Baillargeon, 27, of Coachman Lane in Methuen, Mass., is charged with possession of controlled/narcotic drugs. A juvenile is charged with possession of controlled/narcotic drugs.

8:40 p.m. Anthony William Butler, 57, of South Street in Tewksbury, Mass., is charged with two counts of simple assault.

8:51 p.m. Katherine Rivera-Torres, 19, of Tenney Street in Methuen, Mass., is charged with theft (shoplifting). Jessica Mayde Lopez, 20, of Elmsley Terrace in Methuen, Mass., is charged with theft (shoplifting).

MARCH 25

12:24 a.m. Jared D. Schindler, 20, of Pinehurst Avenue in Methuen, Mass., is charged with unlawful possession of alcohol and resisting arrest. Two individuals are taken into protective custody for alcohol.

12:57 p.m. Theft is reported on Cluff Crossing Road.

1:31 p.m. Anthony Britto, 23, of Cornwell Court in Salem, is arrested on a bench warrant.

4:56 p.m. Luis Oscar Soto, 32, of Common Street in Lawrence, Mass., is charged with driving after revocation or suspension.

6:04 p.m. Criminal threatening is reported on Pumping Station Road.

6:06 p.m. A hit-and-run motor vehicle accident is reported on South Broadway.

6:32 p.m. Theft is reported on Mall Road.
