NOVEMBER 7

12:08 p.m. Marcina Chidarikire, 38, of Chelmsford Street in Lowell, Mass., is charged with endangering the welfare of a child/incompetent.

1:31 p.m. A juvenile is charged with possession of controlled/narcotic drugs.

2:24 p.m. Theft is reported on North Broadway.

3:40 p.m. Theft is reported on Rockingham Park Boulevard.

4:48 p.m. Thomas Zanni, 19, of Bartlett Street in Portsmouth, is charged with theft (shoplifting).

7:47 p.m. A dispute is reported on Olive Avenue.

11:05 p.m. Brian Allen Carneau, 19, of Lowell Road in Salem, is charged with criminal mischief (vandalism) and unlawful possession of alcohol.

NOVEMBER 8

9:23 a.m. A domestic disturbance is reported on North Main Street.

11:26 a.m. A dispute is reported on Friendship Drive.

1:15 p.m. Jill Yvonne Blanco, 36, of Olive Avenue in Salem, is arrested on a bench warrant.

4:12 p.m. Nicholas C. Eideh, 19, of Twinbrook Avenue in Salem, is charged with possession of controlled/narcotic drugs.

6:33 p.m. Theft is reported on South Broadway.

7:23 p.m. Criminal mischief is reported on Friendship Drive.
