3:26 p.m. Shawn M. Turcotte, 27, of Mystic Street in Methuen, Mass., is charged with willful concealment - theft and resisting arrest or detention.

6:53 p.m. Dylan James Swanson, 25, of Car Mar Lane in Salem, is arrested on a warrant.
