OCTOBER 3

10:07 a.m. A restraining/protective order violation is reported on Main Street.

10:22 a.m. Michael S. Taliadoros, 19, of Kristen Drive in Derry, is arrested on a warrant for forgery from Derry Police.

10:28 a.m. Damage to property is reported on Shadow Lake Road at Sylvan Drive.

10:39 a.m. Custody issues or disputes are reported on Nowell Court.

10:49 a.m. Fraud is reported on Marsh Avenue.

12:28 p.m. A restraining/protective order violation is reported on Lawrence Road.

1:37 p.m. Christopher Frederick Nesbitt, 33, of Woodland Street in Lawrence, Mass., is charged with violation of a protective order.

2:31 p.m. Driving while intoxicated is reported on Butler Street.

3:13 p.m. Frank Joseph Sullivan III, 63, of Ames Street in Lawrence, Mass., is charged with driving while intoxicated.

4:36 p.m. A dispute is reported on Shadow Lake Road.

5:25 p.m. Angel Luis Alicea, 21, of Armandine Street in Dorchester, Mass., is charged with robbery.
