Police Log: Several From New York Arrested

SEPTEMBER 4

8:40 a.m. Ryan William Thurlow, 31, of Walton Road in Seabrook, is charged with disobeying an officer, unsworn falsification, false report to law enforcement, driving while intoxicated (subsequent) and habitual offender.

10:57 a.m. William Cameron, 37, of Lawrence Street in Lowell, Mass., is charged with receiving stolen property.

11:38 a.m. Shoplifting is reported on South Broadway.

12:54 p.m. Fraud is reported on Hampshire Road.

4:40 p.m. Sasha Lee Rosado, 18, of Shawsheen Road in Lawrence, Mass., is charged with willful concealment (theft).

6:49 p.m. Justin Lee Coulam, 20, of Ralph Street in Lowell, Mass., is charged with willful concealment (theft).

8:30 p.m. Theft is reported on Pleasant Street.

9:29 p.m. Julia E. Braster, 59, of Pawtucket Lane in Salem, is charged with arson.

SEPTEMBER 5

12:01 p.m. Emmanuel Guzman, 26, of Tenney Street in Methuen, Mass., is arrested on a bench warrant.

12:10 p.m. Conswea Rivera, 24, of Farnham Street in Lawrence, Mass., is charged with violation of a protective order (penalty) and criminal mischief (vandalism).

4:26 p.m. Theft is reported on Mall Road.

5:29 p.m. Tiffany Shante Harrison, 24, of Tapscott Street in Brooklyn, N.Y., is charged with willful concealment and false report to law enforcement. Pierre Edward Louis, 28, of Kerper Street in Philadelphia, Pa., is chraged with criminal liability for the conduct of another. Rodrigue Domingue, 29, of East 29th Street in Brooklyn, N.Y., is charged with criminal liability for the conduct of another and driving after revocation or suspension. Kenton Lamar Ames, Jr., 34, of Halsey Street in Brooklyn, N.Y., is charged woth possession of false identification and theft by deception.

5:59 p.m. Burglary is reported on Hazelwood Drive.

6:31 p.m. Raul E. Delgado, 28, of Cross Street in Salem, is arrested on a warrant.
