12:27 p.m. A hit-and-run motor vehicle accident is reported on Butler Street.

1:04 p.m. John Phillip Flanagan, 22, of Lancelot Court in Salem is charged with willful concealment (theft) and receiving stolen property.

2:03 p.m. Harassment is reported on Norwood Road.

2:52 p.m. Shoplifting is reported on South Broadway.

3:53 p.m. Harassment is reported on Northeast Boulevard.

3:57 p.m. A dispute is reported on Lancelot Court.

4:45 p.m. Harassment is reported on North Main Street.

4:46 p.m. A dispute is reported on Millville Street.

5:58 p.m. Nicole M. Rioux, 27, of Raymond Street in Chester, is charged with willful concealment (theft).

7:58 p.m. A drug offense is reported on Geremonty Drive.

11:34 p.m. Thomas J. Mignanelli, 30, homeless, is arrested on a warrant.

1:47 a.m. A disturbance is reported on Tammy Street.

7:46 a.m. Fraud is reported on Chatham Circle.

2:01 p.m. A restraining/protection order violation is reported on Stonegate Lane.

2:41 p.m. Assault is reported on Blake Road.

3:07 p.m. A fight is reported on North Broadway.

3:22 p.m. Theft is reported on Pelham Road.

5:22 p.m. Crawford Cowles Campbell, 49, of Ryan Farm Road in Windham, is charged with simple assault.

6:28 p.m. Theft is reported on Mall Road.

6:42 p.m. Robert A. Vandenburgh, Jr., 43, of Wilbur Avenue in Somerset, Mass., is arrested on a warrant.

8:32 p.m. Shoplifting is reported on Mall Road.

8:48 p.m. Tanner Batchelder, 20, of Main Street in Bolton, Mass., is charged with violation of a protective order.

9:25 p.m. Conswea Rivera, 25, of Farnham Street in Lawrence, Mass., is charged with stalking, loitering and criminal trespassing.

10:18 p.m. Stalking is reported on Eagle Drive.
