3:56 p.m. Arcelinda Lourdes Silva, 62, of Fanning Street in Dracut, Mass., is charged with theft.
4:55 p.m. Anthony Eduardo Difruscia, Jr., 17, of Carol Avenue in Salem, is charged with reckless operation, driving while intoxicated, unlawful possession of alcohol, simple assault, operating without a valid license and possession of controlled narcotic drugs.
6:06 p.m. A hit-and-run motor vehicle accident is reported on Cluff Crossing Road.
7:56 p.m. Theft is reported on Brentwood Avenue.
8:11 p.m. Susan Joan Shepard, 55, of Shepard Road in Derry, is charged with theft, falsifying physical evidence and possession of controlled narcotic drugs.
11:53 p.m. Brenagh Walker, 18, of Stone Post Road in Salem, is charged with driving while intoxicated and transportation of alcoholic beverage by a minor.
APRIL 22
2:14 a.m. Essam W. Thabet, 26, of Nesmith Street in Lowell, Mass., is charged with disorderly conduct.
2:29 a.m. Jesslyn Marie Ferreira, 21, of West Pine Street in Plaistow, is charged with driving while intoxicated.
4:19 a.m. Joseph P. McMahon, Jr., 22, of Stonington Street in North Andover, Mass., is arrested on a bench warrant.
5:35 a.m. Jeffrey Alan Casale, 46, of Towerhill Street in Lawrence, Mass., is charged with disobeying an officer and driving after revocation or suspension.
7:03 a.m. An unidentified individual is taken into protective custody for alcohol.
2:56 p.m. Dennis Enrique Isaac, 49, of Saratoga Street in Lawrence, Mass., is charged with theft.
3:45 p.m. Wender Santos, 17, of Sargant Street in Lawrence, Mass., is charged with theft (shoplifting). Yefry Santana, 22, of Conduit Street in Lawrence, Mass., is charged with theft (shoplifting).
3:49 p.m. Theft is reported on North Broadway.
6:04 p.m. Theft is reported on Mall Road.
6:28 p.m. Fraud is reported on Cluff Road.
