NOVEMBER 28

3:39 a.m. Theft is reported on North Broadway.

8:31 a.m. Damage to a property is reported on Otis Avenue.

11:51 a.m. Criminal threatening is reported on Main Street.

2:09 p.m. Roger Low Bernier, 47, of Clay Street in Manchester, is charged with three counts of theft by deception.

2:22 p.m. A dispute is reported on Lake Street.

3:02 p.m. Bad check fraud is reported on North Broadway.

3:03 p.m. Bad check fraud is reported on North Broadway.

3:10 p.m. A hit-and-run motor vehicle accident is reported on Mall Road.

4:02 p.m. Adam Richard Brittain, 30, of Kendall Road in Tyngsboro, Mass., is charged with willful concealment (theft).

5:53 p.m. A hit-and-run motor vehicle accident is reported on South Broadway.

7:06 p.m. A dispute is reported on South Broadway.
