1:28 p.m. Fraud is reported on Rockingham Park Boulevard.
1:54 p.m. Theft is reported on North Broadway.
4:33 p.m. Joseph Skaff, 43, of Pratt Street in Brockton, Mass., is charged with willful concealment (theft) and possession of controlled narcotic drugs.
6:38 p.m. Theft is reported on Rockingham Park Boulevard.
7:05 p.m. Harassment is reported on Lawrence Road.
10:22 p.m. A hit-and-run motor vehicle accident is reported on Cluff Road.
11:27 p.m. Bernadette Ann Ruscillo, 47, of Bagnell Avenue in Salem, is charged with simple assault.
