Police Log: Three Charged in Road Rage Incident

JULY 29

1:47 a.m. Michael Smith, 21, of Meghan Circle in Salem, is charged with possession of controlled or narcotic drugs. Dean W. Bidgood, 21, of Mediation Lane in Atkinson, is charged with driving while intoxicated (subsequent), criminal mischief, criminal threatening, misuse or failure to display plates, attempt to commit simple assault, possession of drugs in a motor vehicle, two counts of possession of controlled or narcotic drugs, driving while intoxicated and conduct after an accident. Michael R. Leavitt, 21, of Providence Hill Road in Atkinson, is charged with criminal mischief (vandalism), attempt to commit simple assault and resisting arrest or detention.

11:40 a.m. Theft is reported on Cluff Road.

3:03 p.m. A robbery is reported on North Broadway.

3:19 p.m. Norie Lynn Sheehy, 49, of Cutternut Road in Methuen, Mass., is charged with theft (shoplifting).

4:32 p.m. Theft is reported on Lowell Road.

5:42 p.m. A dispute is reported on North Broadway.

5:56 p.m. Theft is reported on North Broadway.

10:47 p.m. David Hughes, 40, of Shady Lane in Nashua, is charged with disorderly conduct.

JULY 30

9:52 a.m. Criminal mischief is reported on Norwood Road.

12:04 p.m. Theft is reported on Friendship Drive.

12:55 p.m. Shoplifting is reported on South Broadway.

1:37 p.m. Kin Mo Kong, 50, of Wolcott Street in Malden, Mass., is charged with animals in motor vehicle.

2:39 p.m. Theft is reported on Lowell Road.

4:56 p.m. Taiana Graciano, 29, of Marble Avenue in Lawrence, Mass., is charged with theft (shoplifting).

7:47 p.m. An assault is reported on Gillis Terrace.

8:34 p.m. Criminal mischief is reported on Cluff Crossing Road.

10:15 p.m. Alexander John Wnek, 19, of Briarcliff Drive in Methuen, Mass., is charged with transportation of controlled/narcotic drugs, transportation of alcoholic beverages by a minor and possession of drugs in a motor vehicle.

JULY 31

9:50 a.m. Shoplifting is reported on South Broadway.

10:56 a.m. A dispute is reported on Gillis Terrace.

12:32 p.m. Theft is reported on Hampshire Street.

1:13 p.m. Two juveniles are arrested for shoplifting.

1:47 p.m. A domestic disturbance has been reported on Lancelot Court.

2:32 p.m. Michael Paul Mara, 22, of Scotts Mill Court in Saugus, Mass., is charged with simple assault.

3:33 p.m. Criminal threatening is reported on Ermer Road.

4:13 p.m. Theft is reported on South Broadway.

5:32 p.m. Assault is reported at police headquarters.

6:59 p.m. Frank J. Sullivan, 62, of Ames Street in Lawrence, Mass., is charged with conduct after an accident.

7:21 p.m. Michael Bellavia, 17, of Gillis Terrace in Salem, is charged with prowling and resisting arrest or detention.

7:36 p.m. Peter J. Lee, 19, of Lou Avenue in Salem, is charged with receiving stolen property.
