2:36 p.m. Joseph P. Kearney, Jr., 30, of Nottingham Road in Tyngsborough, Mass., is arrested on a warrant.

3:59 p.m. Fraud is reported on South Policy Street.

4:22 p.m. John B. Bassett, 63, of Netherwood Road in Windham, is charged with simple assault.

7:19 p.m. Theft is reported on South Broadway.

7:52 p.m. A dispute is reported on North Broadway.

AUGUST 14

12:00 p.m. Theft is reported on Pumping Station Road.

12:35 p.m. A domestic disturbance is reported on Howard Street.

1:00 p.m. Emily Anne Archetti, 18, of Raymond Road in Chester, is charged with theft.

1:05 p.m. Shoplifting is reported on South Broadway.

1:42 p.m. Collin McGladrigan, 18, of Palomino Drive in North Andover, Mass., is charged with receiving stolen property and possession of controlled/narcotic drugs.

2:26 p.m. Contessa Anne Berthold-Locke, 18, of Silvestri Circle in Derry, is charged with theft.

4:22 p.m. A lost or stolen cell phone is reported on South Broadway.

4:58 p.m. Theft is reported on Sunset Circle.

6:39 p.m. Indecent exposure is reported on South Broadway.

7:15 p.m. Theft is reported on South Broadway.

7:48 p.m. Harassment is reported on North Broadway.

7:50 p.m. Joseph Colby, 22, of Bass Road in Northwood, is arrested on a warrant. Jake Colby, 20, of Bass Road in Northwood, is charged with unlawful possession of alcohol.
