12:30 p.m. Theft is reported on Lowell Road.

2:38 p.m. Theft is reported on South Broadway.

5:48 p.m. Theft is reported on Mall Road.

7:10 p.m. Stephanie Diaz-Ortiz, 22, of Haverhill Street in Lawrence, Mass., is charged with conduct after an accident.

8:44 p.m. Maryanne Cantu, 56, of Samoset Drive in Salem, is charged with dog a menace, nuisance or vicious.

SEPTEMBER 29

8:59 a.m. Theft is reported on Delaware Drive.

9:19 a.m. Joseph J. Roderick, 24, of 6 1/2 Floyd Road in Salem, is charged with resisting arrest and false report to law enforcement.

10:59 a.m. Michelle Saklad, 44, of Canterbury Road in Windham, is charged with operating without a valid license and is arrested on a warrant.

11:54 a.m. Burglary is reported on Grove Avenue.

2:36 p.m. Victoria D. Cordero, 67, of Danbury Drive in Methuen, Mass., is charged with theft (shoplifting).

5:08 p.m. Harassment is reported on Summer Street.

5:09 p.m. Natasia Hinton, 22, of Glenwood Drive in Lawrence, Mass., is charged with theft.

5:27 p.m. Shoplifting is reported on South Broadway.

5:39 p.m. Lynn-Anne O'Malley, 50, of Main Street in Tewskbury, Mass., is charged with driving after revocation or suspension and endangering welfare of child/incompetent.
