7:07 a.m. A domestic disturbance is reported on Red Roof Lane at South Policy Street. 

10:45 a.m. Harassment is reported on Bradford Drive.

11:48 a.m. Shoplifting is reported on Cluff Crossing Road.

12:35 p.m. Robert Michael Feugill, 32, of Millville Terrace in Salem, is arrested on a warrant.

1:38 p.m. Alison Dow, 45, of Millville Street in Salem, is charged with three counts of sale of controlled narcotic drugs.

5:13 p.m. Danielle M. McGann, 19, of Little John Court in Derry, is charged with theft (shoplifting).

5:33 p.m. Joshua Kyle Peno, 20, of Depot Road in Pittsfield, is charged with robbery, resisting arrest or detention and is arrested on a bench warrant. Donald Jackson Freese III, 20, of Essex Street in Concord, is charged with resisting arrest or detention.

6:03 p.m. Shoplifting is reported on Mall Road.

7:56 p.m. Receiving stolen property is reported on Veterans Memorial Parkway.

10:01 p.m. Criminal mischief is reported on Mall Road.

JANUARY 31

9:05 a.m. Joyann G. Robertson, 32, of Millville Circle in Salem, is charged with simple assault and second degree assault.

10:35 a.m. Receiving stolen property is reported on South Broadway.

10:36 a.m. Ashlee Ann Krauss, 17, of Oakridge Avenue in Salem, is charged with theft (all over).

1:27 p.m. Adam Maksou, 25, of Methuen, Mass., is charged with attempt to commit larceny.

3:02 p.m. Randy Scott Arvin, 37, of Harvard Street in Brockton, Mass., is charged with theft (shoplifting) and is arrested on a bench warrant. Bruce Whittemore, 40, of Clinton Street in Concord, is charged with theft (shoplifting) and is arrested on a bench warrant.

3:15 p.m. Shoplifting is reported on South Broadway.

3:34 p.m. Damage to a motor vehicle is reported on South Policy Street at Main Street.

5:00 p.m. Robert Fowler, 18, of Pawtucketts Way in Rochester, is charged with theft.

5:11 p.m. A dispute is reported on North Broadway.

5:45 p.m. A dispute is reported on South Broadway.

5:51 p.m. Gregory J. Dimeglio, 25, of Juniper Lane in Atkinson, is charged with receiving stolen property and theft by deception.

8:13 p.m. Shoplifting is reported on Mall Road.

8:24 p.m. A hit-and-run motor vehicle accident is reported on Rockingham Park Boulevard.
