Police Seek Assistance After Armed Home Invasion
Breaking: Pelham Police are asking for the public's help after two men allegedly robbed a West Street couple at gunpoint last night.
PELHAM, NH — Police in Pelham are asking for the public’s help after an armed home invasion last night, according to a report. At around 10:15 p.m. on Nov. 15, 2017, officers were sent to West Street for a report of an armed home invasion. Two men, described as Hispanic, burglarized the home and robbed a couple at gunpoint, according to Lt. Anne Perriello of the Pelham Police Department.
“Dispatch was able to get further information as officers were responding that the suspects had fled the property in a vehicle and that no one was hurt as a result of the robbery,” she noted. “Officers arrived and were met with the male and female victims. The female was very upset and told officers that they had been watching television in the basement when two Hispanic males kicked the front door open and held a gun to their head.”
Perriello stated that a preliminary investigation shows that the victims may have been targeted and the incident might be drug and/or cash related. No one else was home at the time of the incident.
