POLL: Raising Kids in New Hampshire

Do you agree it's the best in the country? What makes it so great?

Earlier this week, WMUR reported that for the fourth straight year, New Hampshire was named the best state in the U.S. for raising children by the Annie E. Casey Foundation's Kids Count Survey.

According to the report, the state has the lowest number of children living in poverty, the lowest teen birth rate, the lowest percent of teens not in school and not high school graduates and the lowest percentage of teens not attending school and not working.

The state ranked first in four of the survey's 10 indicators with no other state ranking first in more than one of the 10. New Hampshire also ranked in the top 10 in all of the indicators.
