The Residence at Salem Woods Welcomes Haseltine
Local resident to handle sales, marketing at town's newest independent, assisted, and memory care living community.

The Residence at Salem Woods (www. residencesalemwoods.com), set to open in the spring of 2016, proudly announces Ashley Haseltine as Sales & Marketing Director. With a diverse background in organizational outreach and working within the Salem market, Ms. Haseltine is a great addition to the LCB and The Residence at Salem Woods team.
Her responsibilities will include conducting outreach to professional referral sources and others who advise seniors on living options, and developing relationships in the Salem community that will help inform local residents about the services and amenities that The Residence at Salem Woods offers.
“This is a very exciting opportunity for me,” said Ms. Haseltine. “I’ve lived and worked in Salem for much of my life, and am really looking forward to helping seniors find the right living situation for them, right here in their home town.”

The Residence at Salem Woods will be an 84-apartment Independent, Assisted and Memory Care residence for seniors, located at 6 Sally Sweet’s Way in Salem, NH.
The community is located in a beautiful wooded area of Salem, with easy proximity to the town’s many attractions and amenities. It is also directly across the street from Salem’s vibrant and popular Senior Center. The Residence at Salem Woods will feature a host of amenities and services, including an on-site gourmet restaurant that will allow residents to dine on their own schedules (“Anytime Dining”), comfortable living rooms and a library, media room, recreation facilities, outdoor sitting and walking areas, and many others.

Independent Living residents at the community will have their own apartment with kitchenette and bath, along with the peace of mind of 24-hour security, three gourmet meals prepared and served restaurant style on-site, available laundry and cleaning services, a full activities program, building and grounds maintenance, and a host of optional services. Assisted Living residents will have all of the above, along with assistance with the activities of daily living, including dressing, bathing medication reminders, and other services.
The Residence at Salem Woods will also include LCB’s Reflections Memory Care services for residents with early stage Alzheimer’s disease and other memory impairments. In addition to offering sophisticated cognitive programming and a range of daily services, Reflections is a secure, safe environment with its own common areas, walking courtyard, and other amenities.
The community is currently in lease-up phase, and is scheduled to open in the Spring of 2016.
