The motion was to kill the bill, so a yea is a vote against the bill and a nay is a vote for the bill.
I proudly voted against the motion as I feel the time for a Casino is now and we need to rejuvenate Rockingham Race track. I will keep you all updated with any future developments on expanded gaming.
