Salem Arrest Log: Man Arrested After Allegedly Chasing Kids with a Rock
Plus, Derry man charged with DUI on Rockingham Park Boulevard.

Timothy E. Mooney, 39, of Northshore Road in Derry, was arrested at 4:56 p.m. on Aug. 6, 2015, and charged with DUI-impairment. According to police, officers were sent to Rockingham Park Boulevard for a white pickup truck that was “all over the roadway.” Officers caught up with the truck and arrested the driver, Toomey.

Robert D. Officer, 49, of Lawrence Road in Salem, was arrested at 6:50 p.m. on Aug. 6, and charged with disorderly conduct and loitering or prowling. Officers were sent to Lawrence Road for a report of a suspicious person, possibly a drunk man, chasing kids with a rock. The officers went to Seed Street to speak with parents and get statement. They later arrested Officer.
