Salem Arrest Log: Teen Arrested for Sexual Assault

Kenya S. Ferrell, 22, of Lowell Street in Lawrence, MA, was arrested at 11:27 a.m. on Aug. 7, 2015, on warrants for issuing bad checks, $1,501+ or two priors, and issuing bad checks, $1,0001-$1,500. She turned herself in to police and was held on $5,000 cash bail.

Gregg V. Lundeen, 46, of Pleasant Street in Salem, was arrested at 2:39 p.m. on Aug. 7, on a driving after revocation or suspension warrant. He turned himself in to police.

Devyn Neal, 19, of Main Street in Danville, was arrested at 3:06 p.m. on Aug. 7, on two counts of aggravated felonious sexual assault – pattern sexual assault. He turned himself in to police.

Gilberto A. Rivera, 34, of Broadway in Saugus, MA, was arrested at 4:50 p.m. on Aug. 7, on a bench warrant. He was arrested after an accident at the Ninety-Nine Restaurant on Broadway in Salem.

Matthew R. Tisbert, 21, of Brookdale Road in Salem, was arrested at 1:14 a.m. on Aug. 8, for domestic violence-simple assault. A woman alleged that she was “punched in the face by her boyfriend” and came in to the station to report the incident to police. An officer went to his home but Tisbert was not at home at the time. A 12-domestic warrant was issued for him and his mother went to get him in Lawrence and then brought him to the station, according to police.
